2024 RoundUp: CommunityAid Foundation
At checkout, a cashier will ask the shopper if they’d like to round up their purchase to the closest dollar to donate the difference to the CommunityAid Foundation.
The CommunityAid Foundation provides additional support to our nonprofit partners that help neighbors with food, housing, and basic needs in our community.
How does CommunityAid’s nonprofit partnership work?
Unlike nationally known thrift stores, CommunityAid invests its time, resources, and portion of our profit into local nonprofit and faith-based organizations that make a large impact in the lives of neighbors in our own backyard. All nonprofit partners must serve the areas that each CommunityAid store is located. In return for financial and resource benefit, our partners help us collect gently used clothing, shoes, and household items that are sold in our stores that continue to make this work possible.
Bin Partners
Our Bin Partners host one or more CommunityAid Bins on their property or a host property to receive donation credit for clothing, shoes, and accessories collected from their assigned Bin(s). If you’re looking for a quick and convenient way to donate your clothing, shoes, or accessories, search for a Bin closest to you for your drop off needs!
PLEASE NOTE: Only clothing, shoes, and accessories may be donated at our bins. If you have household items OR if the Bin is full, please donate at a Donation Center located at your closest CommunityAid store. Learn more here.
Virtual Partners - Most Popular!
Our Virtual Partners collect clothing, shoes, accessories, electronics, toys, and household items (excluding furniture) directly for us and drop them off at a Donation Center to receive donation credit for their organization.

Cart Partners
The perfect blend of Bin and Virtual Partners, our Cart Partners host a bin in the inside of their location to directly collect clothing, shoes, and accessories. Our Cart Partners will receive a donation per volume of clothing and shoes collected from their assigned Cart by our drivers.
Anyone can support a specific
nonprofit partner at our donation doors
Every donor can have an even bigger impact. Ask your supporters to choose to drop off their donations at one of our Donation Centers and simply tell our associates your nonprofit name and partner number. Our Donation Centers will happily take ALL accepted donation items. They’ll record the volume of donations being dropped off in your name and assign credit to you on the spot for all clothing and shoe donations. No appointment required!
